Art has been a licensed realtor living and working in the Atlanta area since 1979. Originally an elementary school teacher in the Philadelphia suburbs, he obtained his first real estate license in Pennsylvania in 1973. It was at this time that he realized he had a passion for real estate sales, construction and investment which brought him to Atlanta in 1976. Since that time he has been immersed in the explosive growth of the Atlanta real estate market by owning and managing rental properties, acting as a sales manager for a local Atlanta builder, developing raw land into residential building lots, as well as renovating and building new homes. His knowledge of North Atlanta real estate is unparallelled. He has been one of the top producing agents in the Re/Max Greater Atlanta office since 1991, the largest producing Re/Max franchise in the world. Polly, Art's wife of 27 years, was a real estate paralegal in a prominent Atlanta real estate firm before joining him as his licensed assistant in 1990. She handles the marketing, e-marketing, advertising and business administration. They moved their family to Alpharetta in 1985, when it was still a sleepy country town, and have witnessed the change of the community first hand.
